Modern Slavery Statement

1. Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes MissionOpsAI Ltd's modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

MissionOpsAI Ltd (company registration number 14437210) is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business dealings and relationships. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms, and we are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business or supply chains.

2. Our Business and Structure

MissionOpsAI Ltd is a technology company incorporated in England and Wales, providing AI-enabled operations management software (Foundry) to businesses primarily in the United Kingdom. We are an early-stage technology business. At the date of this statement, our workforce comprises a small number of directly employed staff and contracted individuals, all of whom are based in the United Kingdom or within the European Economic Area.

We do not operate manufacturing facilities, warehouses, or physical supply chains involving the production of goods. Our business is entirely service-based, delivering software and consultancy services to clients.

3. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains primarily consist of:

  • Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers (based in Germany and Finland)
  • Software-as-a-service providers for business operations tools
  • Professional services providers including legal and accounting firms in the UK
  • API service providers for AI inference and language model capabilities
  • Contracted software developers and technical consultants

The majority of our suppliers are established businesses operating in jurisdictions with strong rule-of-law frameworks and existing modern slavery obligations. We do not procure goods from high-risk manufacturing or agricultural supply chains.

4. Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking

We maintain the following policies relevant to modern slavery:

  • This Modern Slavery Statement — published annually and reviewed by our CEO.
  • Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy — covering ethical conduct in all business dealings.
  • Whistleblowing Policy — enabling staff to raise concerns about misconduct without fear of retaliation.
  • Recruitment Policy — ensuring all workers are legally entitled to work in the UK and are engaged on terms compliant with employment law.

We do not engage with labour providers or staffing agencies who cannot demonstrate compliance with UK employment law and the National Minimum Wage.

5. Due Diligence Processes

We conduct due diligence on our supply chain by reviewing the publicly available modern slavery statements and ethics policies of key suppliers. For new suppliers and contractors, we include a requirement for compliance with applicable modern slavery legislation in our standard terms. We assess suppliers in higher-risk categories more rigorously, although our current supply chain profile is assessed as low risk.

We require all directly engaged workers to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK prior to commencing work. We do not use any form of forced labour, and all workers engaged by us are free to terminate their engagement with appropriate notice.

6. Risk Assessment

We have assessed the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chain as low, for the following reasons:

  • Our workforce is small and directly engaged under UK-law contracts.
  • We operate exclusively in the digital services sector with no physical goods supply chain.
  • Our primary suppliers are reputable technology companies based in Western Europe.
  • We do not operate in jurisdictions identified as high risk for modern slavery.

We will continue to review this risk assessment annually and as our supply chain evolves.

7. Training and Awareness

All staff and contractors working with us are made aware of the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 as part of their onboarding. We communicate a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. Any concerns can be raised confidentially via our whistleblowing channel at legal@missionopsai.com.

8. Key Performance Indicators

We will monitor the effectiveness of this statement using the following indicators: zero reports of modern slavery incidents in our own operations or supply chain; 100% of new suppliers having reviewed and acknowledged our modern slavery requirements; and annual review and update of this statement by the Board.

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of MissionOpsAI Ltd.

Signed:

James Milnes
