1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MissionOpsAI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
2. Service Description
MissionOpsAI provides AI orchestration, workflow automation, sovereign deployment, CRM intelligence, and governance services through a subscription-based model. Service availability, features, and capabilities vary by subscription tier.
3. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Pricing may be updated with 30 days' written notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MissionOpsAI services only for lawful purposes. You shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary methodologies from any MissionOpsAI service, agent, or system.
5. Intellectual Property
All MissionOpsAI systems, agent architectures, frameworks, and methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of MissionOpsAI Ltd. Your subscription grants a licence to use the services, not ownership of any underlying technology.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissionOpsAI's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
