About MissionOpsAI
A sovereign AI company built on military doctrine, operated from European infrastructure, and designed to give organisations genuine command over their AI operations.
Founded on Experience
James Milnes served as a commissioned officer for over 30 years across Regular and Reserve service within UK Defence and NATO. His career included roles as Chief of Staff of the UK's Defence CBRN Wing and Deputy Component Commander of NATO's Combined Joint Multinational CBRN Task Force. A graduate of the UK Defence Academy's Advanced Command & Staff Course, he brings a decade of additional experience in commercial enterprise and local government leadership. He holds UK security clearance.
The MissionOpsAI Platform is built on the doctrine that gave NATO its operational edge: Mission Command.
Mission Command is the philosophy that the commander sets the intent, the subordinate understands the intent and executes with initiative within it, and decisions escalate only when they exceed the subordinate's authority or the situation changes beyond their understanding.
This is precisely what MissionOpsAI brings to AI operations. You set the intent. The AI executes with initiative within your governance framework. Decisions requiring human judgment escalate to you. Everything else runs itself.
Sovereignty
Your data stays on your infrastructure. European servers. Zero US transit. No exceptions.
Compliance
JSP 936, FCA SM&CR, DORA, NHS data residency — built-in, not bolted on.
Command
You set the intent. The AI executes. You approve what matters. The business runs itself.
Infrastructure
MissionOpsAI operates from a sovereign server in Helsinki, Finland — within the European Union, subject to GDPR, outside US jurisdiction and the Cloud Act.
