1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing use of the MissionOpsAI Platform and associated services provided by MissionOpsAI Ltd (company registration number 14437210). It applies to all users, including employees of subscribing organisations, contractors, and any individual accessing the Platform under a valid account.

This AUP is incorporated into and must be read alongside our Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Breach of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

2. Permitted Uses

The Platform is provided for lawful business and organisational use. Permitted uses include:

Managing operational workflows, intelligence, and decision-making processes within your organisation.
Processing and storing your organisation's business data in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Integrating with permitted third-party systems via supported connectors and APIs.
Training staff on the use of the Platform for legitimate business purposes.
Using AI-powered features for analysis, drafting, and decision support within your organisation.
Accessing and exporting your own data for business intelligence and reporting purposes.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to:

Unlawful content: Upload, process, generate, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of any third party.
Illegal surveillance: Conduct unlawful surveillance or monitoring of individuals, or process personal data in a manner that violates UK GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018.
Harm to minors: Create, transmit, or store any material that sexually exploits or harms minors in any way.
Harassment and abuse: Harass, intimidate, or threaten any person, or use the Platform to facilitate such conduct.
Security attacks: Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any connected system, attempt to bypass authentication, or introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
Intellectual property infringement: Upload or process content that infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary right without authorisation.
Automated scraping: Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to access, extract, or scrape content from the Platform beyond what is expressly permitted by our API terms.
Misleading AI outputs: Use AI-generated outputs from the Platform in a manner that is intended to deceive or mislead third parties, including falsely representing AI-generated content as having been produced by a human.
Circumventing controls: Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, billing mechanisms, or any other technical or administrative controls on the Platform.
Resale without authorisation: Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Platform available to third parties without our prior written consent.
Regulated activities without authorisation: Use the Platform to conduct activities that require regulatory authorisation (such as financial advice, medical diagnosis, or legal advice) unless you hold the relevant authorisation.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by any individual to whom you grant access. You must:

Keep your credentials confidential and not share them with any unauthorised person.
Ensure that all users within your organisation to whom you grant access are aware of and comply with this AUP.
Use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available.
Notify us immediately at legal@missionopsai.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Not allow the Platform to be accessed or used by anyone under the age of 18.

5. AI-Specific Obligations

The Platform incorporates AI capabilities. When using AI features, you acknowledge that:

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon without human review for high-stakes decisions.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before acting upon it or sharing it externally.
You must not use AI features to generate content that could constitute unlawful discrimination, harassment, or any form of harmful bias against protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.
You must not attempt to manipulate the AI systems through adversarial prompts, jailbreaking techniques, or other methods intended to cause the Platform to behave contrary to its intended design.

6. Consequences of Breach

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breach of this AUP. In the event of a confirmed breach, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice: suspend your account temporarily pending investigation; terminate your account and all associated subscriptions without refund; remove or disable access to any content that breaches this AUP; and report any unlawful conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.

Termination for breach of this AUP does not limit any other legal rights or remedies available to MissionOpsAI Ltd. You may remain liable for damages arising from your breach.

7. Reporting Concerns

If you become aware of any use of the Platform that may violate this AUP, including by other users, please report it to us at legal@missionopsai.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time in response to new threats, legal requirements, or changes to the Platform. We will notify you of material changes with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
