Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

MissionOpsAI Ltd (company registration number 14437210) is committed to making the MissionOpsAI Platform and the missionopsai.com website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that digital inclusion is both a legal obligation and a fundamental aspect of responsible technology development.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a minimum standard across our digital properties. Accessibility is particularly important to us given our engagement with NHS and public sector clients, for whom WCAG 2.1 AA compliance is a standard procurement requirement.

2. Applicable Standards

This statement covers our accessibility obligations under:

  • Equality Act 2010 — which requires service providers to make reasonable adjustments to ensure disabled persons are not placed at a substantial disadvantage.
  • Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 — applicable to our public sector client deployments.
  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the internationally recognised technical standard for web accessibility.

3. Compliance Status

The missionopsai.com website and MissionOpsAI Platform are partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are an early-stage company and are actively working to address all known accessibility gaps. The current status reflects the limitations identified in our most recent internal review conducted in early 2026.

We have implemented the following accessibility features:

  • Semantic HTML throughout the website and platform interface.
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios for primary text and interactive elements.
  • Keyboard navigation support for primary navigation and core platform functions.
  • Alt text for informational images.
  • ARIA labels for interactive elements where HTML semantics are insufficient.
  • Responsive design supporting text resizing to 200% without loss of functionality.
  • No content that flashes more than three times per second.

4. Known Limitations

We are aware of the following accessibility limitations that we are working to address:

  • Data visualisations and charts: Some dashboard charts and data visualisations do not yet have full text equivalents or ARIA descriptions. We are adding descriptive text alternatives as a priority.
  • Complex interactive components: Some advanced platform features involving drag-and-drop or complex multi-step workflows may not be fully keyboard-accessible. Alternative workflows are available for core functions.
  • Third-party embedded content: Certain third-party integrations may introduce elements outside our direct control. We raise accessibility requirements with our integration partners.
  • Focus management: Some modal dialogues and dynamic content updates may not consistently manage keyboard focus in line with WCAG 2.1 SC 2.4.3. We are auditing and correcting these instances.

We are committed to resolving the above limitations and will update this statement as improvements are made.

5. Requesting Accessible Content

If you need information from our website or platform in an accessible format — such as accessible PDF, large print, audio, or easy read — please contact us and we will endeavour to provide this within 10 business days.

6. Reporting Accessibility Issues

If you experience any accessibility barrier when using our website or platform, or if you believe part of our service does not meet the accessibility standards described in this statement, please let us know. We take all accessibility reports seriously and use them to prioritise improvements.

Please contact us at accessibility@missionopsai.com with:

  • A description of the accessibility issue you encountered.
  • The URL or specific part of the platform where the issue occurred.
  • The assistive technology or browser you were using (if applicable).

We aim to respond to accessibility enquiries within 5 business days.

7. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint and you are a UK resident, you have the right to complain to the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) via their Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS). For public sector deployments, the Cabinet Office's Government Digital Service (GDS) monitors compliance with the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations.

8. Our Roadmap

We are committed to continuous improvement of our accessibility provision. Our planned accessibility improvements include a formal third-party WCAG 2.1 AA audit in H1 2026, remediation of all identified issues within 90 days of the audit, publication of an updated Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) for enterprise procurement, and progressive enhancement towards WCAG 2.2 AA compliance.
